The alarm is not only simple to use but also easy to install. The product consists of a pendant which can either be worn on the wrist, around the neck or even clipped to a pocket, and a base unit which attaches to the phone line. This unit receives the signal from the pendant to contact our CarelineUK monitoring team when you press it.

The alarm is sent to you pre-programmed and is easy to install. If you prefer however, you can commission one of our trained engineers to come and install it for you for a small one-off fee.
